I love beef jerky. Unfortunately most store bought versions are horrible. Luckily I discovered a family run business in Pennsylvania called Smith Meats that makes and ships the best beef jerky (and snack sticks) I've ever tried - very affordable too.
I don't know how far they are from Dr. Dirt and the Vicar, but they also process (and smoke) wild game!
Anywho, I've got the kids happily snacking on jerky as their after-school snacks now and wanted to share this resource with my blogging brethren.
